Rationed and Ready is an action-packed, high-stakes competition where two teams of eight military spouses go head-to-head in a series of intense, military-style challenges — all under the guidance of real veterans.

From bomb defusal and survival tactics to navigation, canyoning, cliff jumping, and daring team rescues, each episode mirrors the real-life missions their partners face in service. It's a true test of physical strength, mental grit, emotional resilience — and a few bumps and bruises along the way.

But this isn’t just about pushing limits. The teams are raising vital funds for Combat Stress, a charity supporting veterans’ mental health post-service.

Throughout the series, viewers will get the chance to vote for their favourite team to be crowned Rationed Royalty. Meanwhile, our panel of professional veterans will select the team they believe earned the title. But the ultimate trophy? That will be awarded by public vote and revealed in a showstopping moment at our Charity Gala.
