Team Ready will be taking on the challenge dressed in white — so you won’t miss them as they push their limits in every episode! 💪 Each member of Team Ready has overcome personal challenges while standing strong beside loved ones in uniform. This series is all about empowering those who are so often overlooked, while raising vital funds and awareness for veterans’ mental health through Combat Stress.
Expect grit, heart, and a whole lot of entertainment as teams face mentally and physically demanding trials. But this is more than just a competition — it’s about making an impact.
💥 Each team is working hard to raise as much as they can for Combat Stress. The team or individual who raises the most will be crowned Charity Champions at our Awards Gala on 29th November!
🎉 And speaking of the Gala — why not join us? Get your tickets now to help raise even more funds, meet the contestants, and enjoy a night to remember with a DJ, photo booth, raffles, and casino tables for extra sparkle. ✨

Sophs - Army Wife - Team Lead
Hi I'm Sophs, a 30 year old military wife and the creator of Pad Wives Assemble Podcast. Recently I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, which has been a life changing journey of self-discovery. By day, I work as a Senior Resource Manager for a Defense company, a role I absolutely love. I've been happily married to my husband for 3 wonderful years and together for 5. When I’m not working or podcasting, you can find me embracing my highly competitive nature—something that comes from my background in Gymnastics cheerleading. I competed at world championship level and continued to compete regionally and nationally until I was 16. I’m also someone who is petrified of bugs, creepy crawlies, and heights, so stepping outside of my comfort zone is a big deal for me. Don't forget to donate to Team Ready..

I'm Yvonne, 27, mother of three, born in Bulgaria, raised in North Manchester, and now living in Cambridge with my partner in the military. I've worked in public-facing roles throughout my life, including as a student paramedic, police employee, and housing support officer. I've also volunteered with BLESMA, supporting veterans, and worked with veterans’ organizations in my hometown of Bury. I spent 10 years as a drummer and glockenspiel player in the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Corps of Drums and was the armed forces champion in Bury, working on OP NOVA.In 2023, after struggling with my weight and being bullied, I had gastric sleeve surgery, losing 8 stone. This was the hardest challenge of my life, but it transformed me into the healthier, happier mother I always wanted to be. Sponsor Yvonne Here by donating

Hey everyone 👋🏼 I’m Chloe, a military fiancee oand a mum of 2 beautiful little boys & 1 big fur baby. Not only is my partner currently serving in the Royal Air Force, but my father served for 12 years in the British Army, which actually led to me being born in Germany 🇩🇪
My father suffers daily from CTPTSD, which impacts him on a daily basis, but also everyone around him who loves him.
Bring on the trials 🙌

I’m a 24 year old RAF wife, I’ve been with my husband for 6 years. I have a degree in musical theatre and I’m also a qualified teacher, currently working as the deputy manager in a nursery. You’ll probably find me at a dance class or singing on Karaoke.
My biggest fear is being trapped in tight spaces. I wanted to do the trails to push myself out of my comfort zone.
