Team Rationed will be taking on the challenge dressed in black — so you won’t miss them as they push their limits in every episode! 💪 Each member of Team Rationed has overcome personal challenges while standing strong beside loved ones in uniform. This series is all about empowering those who are so often overlooked, while raising vital funds and awareness for veterans’ mental health through Combat Stress.

Expect grit, heart, and a whole lot of entertainment as teams face mentally and physically demanding trials. But this is more than just a competition — it’s about making an impact.

💥 Each team is working hard to raise as much as they can for Combat Stress. The team or individual who raises the most will be crowned Charity Champions at our Awards Gala on 29th November!

Kirsha- Army Wife - Team Lead

Hi, I’m Kirsha — a 30-year-old military wife, proud mum of two, and the Co-Host and Managing Director of the Pad Wives Assemble Podcast. I’ve been with my husband for over a decade, long before he joined the Army, and I’ve experienced first hand the unique challenges and triumphs of military family life. I’m a passionate advocate for mental health, especially when it comes to supporting our service members and veterans. Outside of podcasting and parenting, I’m a full-time working mum - so yes, stress levels are often sky-high! I used to compete at a high level in show jumping, and that competitive spirit still runs deep. I’m proud to be part of Team Rationed, taking on the trials, even if small spaces terrify me (wish me luck!). This journey is more than just a personal challenge - it’s a chance to give back, raise awareness, and show what military families are made of. Don't forget to donate so we can win the Charity Team Champion here

I´m Florence, a 22-year-old army wife and mother to a beautiful 4-year-old girl. I was born and raised in Norway until I moved to Norwich on my own, when I was 17. Initially only going to be in the UK for a year. However, I met the love of my life who was just about to join REME. Ever since then we´ve been together. I’m still a student and work as a taekwondo instructor for leadership martial arts. I am very proud to be able to say I am a 2nd degree black belt in ITF taekwondo and have competed nationally and internationally. I one day hope to become a combat medic or nurse in the army. I enjoy challenging myself and getting out of my comfort zone. I’m always in search of new adventures and experiences and can´t wait to be part of this! Sponsor Florence by donating here

Hi, I'm Hannah, mum of three small humans and two fur-babies 🐾 and wife of nearly 10yrs to my husband Allan. I am a night carer in a care home. I didn't need any inspiration to sign up to this challenge, it was a no brainer, in 2020 we lost one of the best humans we knew to suicide, he suffered from PTSD and I wish he sought help like combat stress provide, the memory of him will always push me to do things like this, to keep charities like combat stress going! Having this opportunity to do this experience is exciting but scary at the same time, I want to see how far I can push myself, maybe I'll find some identity to myself, not just being a mum and wife!

Hi, my name is Mia- born in Manchester, raised in Plymouth, and now living in Sandhurst! I’m taking part in this event to raise money for UK armed forces charities—a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart. I grew up in a military family; my dad served in the Royal Navy for 32 years, so the military lifestyle was all I knew growing up. Now, my boyfriend is serving in the RAF, so that connection has continued into my adult life. This event felt like the perfect opportunity to give something back. Having seen firsthand the sacrifices made not only by those in service but also by their families, I wanted to do something meaningful to support the charities that help us through the highs and lows.Sponsor Mia by donating here

Hey im Jess. I’m 27 and a mum to a wonderful 10 month old baby boy and a dog mum to the cutest cocker spaniel. I actually met my partner back when we were both in basic training almost 10 years ago. Sadly I did end up getting medically discharged but I am currently serving in the reserves. I love the reserves as I still get the link to the army I missed Sponsor Jess by donating here

Hi I’m Charlotte, a veterans girlfriend and dog mum to three dogs, two spaniels and a collie. By day I work in HR (promise I’m not the fun police) and by evening and weekends you will probably find me in a field training my dogs or at an agility competition. My dad served in the Navy and my partners family also served in the Army.Spiders and heights are my worst fears so these trials will push me to get past these I’m sure! In my spare time I train my dogs and compete in dog agility competitions across the UK. Sponsor Charlotte by donating here
